New Idea Studio Limited ("the Company") provides consumers with a complete product carry-in warranty. For detailed warranty terms and conditions, please read the following terms and conditions for the most complete protection and service.

 

Warranty

  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Please present the valid warranty label and the invoice from the purchasing store when requesting for repair.
  • If the product you purchased from us fails due to defective processing or raw materials under normal environment during the warranty period, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product with the same level of product.
  • All products we represent have "NIS LTD" warranty labels, please check with the distributor when purchasing.
  • Do not remove the NIS LTD sticker if it is attached to the product, otherwise the warranty will be voided.
  • We do not provide on-site installation, repair and delivery services.
  • Our warranty service is only applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  • When your product exceeds the warranty period, we have the right not to repair or charge for product testing, parts and materials costs are based on individual manufacturers to discuss, please call the company for more information about the charges.
  • When you purchase or repair our products, you accept our warranty.

The above warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations.

  • Customer fails to present a valid warranty label and invoice;
  • Our warranty identification labels are torn, illegible, altered or incomplete;
  • The serial number of the product does not match the serial number listed on the warranty label.
  • Any part of the product is cracked, rusted, water damaged, corroded, cracked, burned, dented, damaged, melted, incomplete parts and other surface damage.
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product, human damage such as impact, scratches and extrusion, human negligence, improper voltage input, improper installation or testing, and power supply problems;
  • Product damage caused by natural disasters, including fire, flood, earthquake or war;
  • Failure or damage caused by disassembling, changing specifications or non-factory parts;
  • When you purchase or repair our products, you accept our warranty.

 

 Statement of Limited Liability

  • Customers are advised to keep a backup copy of your information, data or photos. We are not responsible for any loss of information, data, or photos on Flash Memory Card, Hard Disk Drive, etc. due to damage of the storage device.
  • For any data in the hardware, our company is only responsible for repair and inspection, but not provide data rescue and backup services and responsibilities, and will not be responsible for any factors caused by the loss of data during the repair process.
  • This product must be used with other equipment that meets industrial standards. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by other manufacturers' equipment. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, loss of profits, business investment or goodwill, or damages caused by loss of data, or for damages or failures of other companies' equipment used in conjunction with this product. This limitation shall not be unlawful or unenforceable by operation of law.
  • The Company shall not be obligated to indemnify the purchaser of the product or any other third party for any other consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, such as loss of revenues, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business inter-relationships, arising out of the product's defects.
  • We are not liable for damages or failures of other equipment caused by our products.
  • The products we represent are for general consumption only, and should not be used in equipment or tools related to life support.
  • If the customer repairs the product by mail or courier, the Company shall not be responsible for any loss of shipment or any handling error during transportation.
  • In order to protect the information of our customers and their storage devices, the staff guidelines and internal rules of our maintenance department ensure that all staff shall not leak or disclose any information of our customers' storage devices to any third party, so as to protect the security of the information in our customers' storage devices as well as our customers' personal rights.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any data leakage or loss of data caused by sending the product to a third party (e.g. manufacturer) for repair.
  • We strongly recommend customers to erase all/sensitive data from the storage device before sending the product for testing to protect personal rights.

 

 Maintenance Related Steps

  • If there is any non-human damage to the goods within 7 days from the date of purchase, the customer may exchange the goods in accordance with the terms and conditions of the store by presenting the valid invoice or delivery note or other proof from the store where the goods were purchased and retaining the complete product package;
  • If there is any non-human damage to the product after 7 days from the date of purchase, the Company still has the obligation to repair the product returned by the consumer. Customers can present the valid warranty label and the invoice from the store where the product was purchased to our customer service center for product repair or replacement. For repairs within the warranty period, the consumer is not responsible for any labor costs and parts replacement costs. However, when the product is discontinued, the customer can upgrade the product by paying the difference in price based on the current market price of the product.

 

 No returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted once the online payment process has been completed. You must carefully check all product information, including model number, specifications and price before ordering.

 In case of any disputes on the above provisions, the Company reserves the right of final decision and the right to amend the terms and conditions of the warranty without prior notice.
